Stephen J. Ware

Hello! My name is Stephen Ware and I am the Frank Edwards Tyler Distinguished Professor of Law at the University of Kansas.

In KU's School of Law, I teach and write about Alternative Dispute Resolution (Arbitration, Mediation, and Negotiation), Contracts, Commercial Law, Bankruptcy, and Judicial Selection.

I enjoy traveling near and far to give presentations on these topics and to learn from others.

I have written four books, 49 law review articles, and many other publications. My publications have been cited by the Supreme Court of the United States and in at least 35 other federal and state cases.
