I began teaching Bankruptcy in 1998 and have written several law review articles on various aspects of bankruptcy and debtor-creditor law.

KU Law’s Course Description for Law 889, Bankruptcy, is: 

This survey of bankruptcy and debtor-creditor law covers topics such as:  Chapters 7, 11, and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code and enforcement of money judgments outside of bankruptcy.  Prerequisites:  Commercial Law:  Secured Transactions; and Business Organizations.
