Consumer Law

University of Kansas (KU) Law Professor Stephen Ware began teaching a Consumer Law course in January 2014.  Consumer Law had apparently not previously been offered at KU Law.

KU Law’s Course Description for Law 882, Consumer Law, is:
This course will examine federal and state law governing the formation, terms, and enforcement of consumer contracts. Topics covered will include deception and information in contract formation; regulation of consumer credit, goods, and services; creditors’ collection tactics; and consumer remedies. 2.5-3 credits
