KU Law Professor Stephen Ware began teaching Contracts in 1993. He has taught Contracts at the University of Kansas, Ohio State, William & Mary, and Cumberland.

KU Law’s Course Description for Law 809 Contracts is: An introduction to contract law, including topics such as offer and acceptance, consideration, contracts enforceable without consideration, defenses to enforcement of contracts, terms of contracts and their interpretation, performance and breach of contracts, remedies for breach, third-party beneficiaries, and assignments.
